Today, December 27, marks the third anniversary of Operation Cast Lead. Often referred to as the “Gaza war” but a war implies substantial defence/retaliation - it was a massacre. Slaughtering over 1400 Palestinians, over 400 of them being children, and thousands of children left as orphans. 22 days of relentless air and land attacks - we have not forgotten. Gaza was attacked, isolated, besieged , and terrorized as the world stood still. Like I said before, when you don’t oppose a system, your silence becomes approval.
